Only alteration is length of dress- had a couple inches removed so that it brushes the floor while wearing no shoes/flats.
I am 5'6'', 125 lbs, and bra size 36C. I wore a strapless bra but the dress does have padding so it could be worn braless. I just needed the extra support!
NOTE: I ordered size SMALL and am estimating that is equivalent to a 4 (posted here). Please check out sizing chart on Birdy Grey website to confirm small would be the right size for you.
