Worn once for a wedding (see the third picture - I am second from the right). The dress was not altered at all. I am 5'9" and wore 3" wedge heels and it was plenty long. I could have even used higher heels. I took off my shoes towards the end of the night so there may be some slight dirt marks on the bottom of the hem--but nothing that wouldn't come out with a dry clean.
