The only Alterations made to my dress were an inch or two off the bottom. I am 5'4 and wore a 4-inch heel with my dress. The hanger strings were also cut off because you could see them while wearing the dress.
I am 130 lbs, 5'4", chest size is 34D (there are no built-in cups in the dress, I did not think it was needed).
